yes! generally all clothing items are made-to-measure, giving the opportunity to modify some details at no additional cost. otherwise, much of our business consists of custom and original work - if you can imagine it, we can make it. if you show us a picture, even better....

do we offer a mail order service?

yes! we do not currently offer an on-line ordering facility, but process orders by e-mail, phone and fax for delivery anywhere in the world. please contact us should you wish to purchase items

how do i place a mail order?

• list the items you are interested in
• determine the size you require of any items that have standard sizes from the table provided on the relevant product detail page
• if any of your items require measurements to be supplied (usually clothing), download and print the measurement form and complete as necessary (required measurement are usually listed on the product detail page)
• select colours of items if this is an option
  contact us with these details and your delivery address via phone, e-mail or fax, providing details of how you wish us to contact you

• we will create a sales order including postage and send this to you after contacting you with any queries
• the sales order will include banking details for payment by cash deposit or internet transfer
• credit card payments are accepted telephonically. DO NOT e-mail credit card details

• once proof of payment has been received by e-mail or fax or a successful credit card transaction completed, the order will be shipped to you via your selected method of delivery
• a confirmation that the item has been dispatched will be sent you via SMS, e-mail or fax, including relevant tracking references and instructions regarding collection of the package as appropriate
• 
  all packages are plain-wrapped and have no reference to KINX fetish thereon

how long does a mail order take to get to me?

it depends - on the nature of the item, its availability and your selected means of delivery. mail orders are generally sent via Speed Services Overnight Counter to Counter, meaning that if the order is for a standard sized or prepackaged item that is in stock - you can collect your order from you local post office after 10am the following day, providing we have proof of payment in time. relevant options will be discussed when you contact us with your order

we are happy to give general advice about leather and its function as a fetish and some guidance as to how and where to begin one's exploration of BDSM/kink. we do not offer training of any kind, theoretical or practical, but can provide information regarding such courses that are run from time to time, such as:
